How do you make an internet and home entertainment juggernaut sound… human? Well, first you recommend that they stop screaming their name in all-caps. And when that doesn’t work, you spend hours figuring out how to say the most technologically complex things you’ve ever heard in the fewest words possible… and then cut the word count by half. And sometimes, you manage to sneak in a joke or two. Writing for XFINITY wasn’t always fun, but finding fresh ways to connect with their millions of customers was always a puzzle to solve. And I love puzzles.
